There has been no update on what transpired on Thursday but there is no longer a police presence in the 100 block of Avenue Q South. The Saskatoon Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit, Crisis Negotiators and the Tactical Support Unit responded to a home in that area of Saskatoon’s Pleasant Hill neighbourhood late Thursday afternoon.  Traffic restrictions were put in place and police were asking the public to avoid the area until further notice.
